On Thursday, April 23, the five candidates for mayor gathered in a Downtown Jersey City school for a forum co-sponsored by the Downtown Coalition of Neighborhood Associations and Civic JC. Incumbent Jerramiah Healy and challengers Dan Levin, Lou Manzo, Harvey Smith and Phil Webb fielded questions from NJN News’ Desiree Taylor on taxes, crime, development and ethics, among other topics.
