Last week, we told you about the opening of the Hamilton Park Farmers Market on June 3. Here are the confirmed opening dates for other markets in Jersey City as well. We’ll add more as we hear back from market operators.
Grove Street Farmers Market: Opens Monday, June 1 (today) and runs each Monday and Thursday from 4-8 pm until November. (At Grove Street PATH plaza.)
Newport Mall: Opens Tuesday, June 2 and runs each Tuesday from 12-7 pm through August. (This market will be located in the courtyard area outside of Pay/Half on the first floor of the mall.)
Hamilton Park: Opens Wednesday, June 3 and runs each Wednesday from 4-8 pm until November. (With Hamilton Park closed, the market will be outside of the Hamilton Square building just east of the park. See our map here.)
Van Vorst Park Farmers Market: Opens Saturday, June 13 and runs each Saturday from 8 am-2 pm until November.
Journal Square Farmers Market: Opens Wednesday, June 24 and runs each Wednesday from 11 am-7 pm until November.
Harvest Square Farmers Market: Opens Tuesday, July 7 and runs each Tuesday from 3-6 pm until October 27. (At Bramhall and Grand Streets.)
