New Jersey City University’s Margaret Williams Theatre was near capacity yesterday morning as Mayor Jerramiah Healy and the nine members of the City Council were sworn in to four-year terms. New Jersey politicians of all stripes, including Gov. Jon Corzine and both U.S. Senators, were on hand to celebrate the occasion.
