Council Quickie: Redeveloper Pay to Play Ordinance Adopted

At tonight’s City Council meeting, council members voted 8-0-1 to adopt a redevelopment pay to play ordinance. At-Large councilwoman Willie Flood abstained from the vote; all other council members voted yes. For the blow-by-blow, check our Twitter feed.
