Furlough Day Will Close Many City Offices Monday
By Jon Whiten • May 14th, 2010 • Category: Blog, NewsAnother furlough day is scheduled for Monday, May 17, affecting most city offices and workers. The Recreation and Law Departments will remain open, as will the municipal courts and — as always — the police and fire departments.
Here’s the schedule for the remaining furlough days, which will run through June.
The following city offices will be closed on these days:
Monday, May 17, 2010: Administration; City Clerk; Health & Human Services; Housing, Economic Development & Commerce; Mayor’s Office; Public Works; Tax Assessor
Friday, May 21, 2010: Law Department; Municipal Courts
Friday, May 28, 2010: Administration; City Clerk; Health & Human Services; Housing, Economic Development & Commerce; Mayor’s Office; Public Works; Tax Assessor; Law Department; Municipal Courts; Recreation Department
Monday, June 7, 2010: Recreation Department
Friday, June 11, 2010: Administration; City Clerk; Health & Human Services; Housing, Economic Development & Commerce; Mayor’s Office; Public Works; Tax Assessor; Law Department; Municipal Courts
