And yet, we who live in Jersey City but NOT downtown know that this program has to expand to other neighborhoods to properly bear its name. And, I know now, it will. Yes, Cara, Uptown Crew is ready to head up the McGinley Square effort! As I told Cara in my email to her yesterday, this is just the kind of vision and cooperation it takes to develop identity and pride.
