Maritime Parc Construction Delays Force Hudson County Chamber to Postpone Tonight’s Networking Event

By • Aug 18th, 2010 • Category: Blog, Food, News

The Hudson County Chamber of Commerce had scheduled a “Grand Opening Business Networking Event” for tonight at the soon-to-open Maritime Parc restaurant in Liberty State Park, but it appears planners were a little too optimistic about the pace of construction at the fine-dining establishment, which was initially set to open in mid-June but now looks to open in mid-September.

The chamber has postponed tonight’s event, which was set to include a workshop on “The Memory Switch,” a technique devised by consultant Matthew Goerke on remembering client names and information, moving it to Monday, September 27.

The cost is still $30 for chamber members and $40 for others; reservations are required. To register, click here or call 201-386-0688 x27.
