PHOTOS: The 2011 Everything Jersey City Festival

The rain held off until late Saturday as thousands walked up, down and around Central Avenue in the Heights for the fourth annual Everything Jersey City Festival. Event organizers estimate that 32,000 people turned out, about 9,000 more than did so last year.
