The fourth annual Latin American Festival of Folklore, Raíces de America (Roots of America), brought a vibrant celebration of Latin American culture to Exchange Place on Sunday. The event included folk music and dancing, Latin food, music and colorful folkloric dress, which JCI photographer Mickey Mathis captured in a set of pictures.

The festival was coordinated by the nonprofit Aruma De Comunicaciones USA and part of the city’s “Tapestry of Nations” ethnic festival series.
