Catch Rio in Columbia Park, the first in Jersey City PAL’s Movies Under the Stars series (8 pm).
TOMORROW

JC Slam faces off against poets from around the Northeast at a fundraiser for the team’s trip to the National Poetry Slam (7:15 pm, $10 donation). (See JCI‘s story on this event.)
Singer Barbara Douglas pays tribute to Billie Holiday at the Miller Branch Library (8 pm).
SUNDAY
Guests can take a movement improvisation class at Grassroots Community Space or come to see class participants perform afterwards at EXCHANGE (class at 4 pm, $15; performance at 5 pm, $5).
