Hamilton Park BBQ Festival Set to Dazzle Your Taste Buds

The 7th Annual Hamilton Park BBQ Festival is happening Saturday, September 24. The BBQ Festival is a fun, end of summer neighborhood event. Proceeds of the Hamilton Park BBQ Festival benefit the Hamilton Park Conservancy which is dedicated to assisting the city in the maintenance, improvement and preservation of the five-acre Victorian-era park in the historic district of Hamilton Park.

The VIP winner will be selected at random on 9/21.

BBQ and BBQ related sides will be served up by Ahri’s Kitchen, Delaney Barbecue of Brooklyn, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, GP’s Restaurant, Hamilton Pork, Pennsylvania’s Jimmy’s BBQ, and Spanky’s BBQ. Pet Shop JC will also be in attendance this year with vegetarian inspired BBQ.

Hamilton Pork and GP’s Restaurant will be tending-bar serving specialty cocktails and beer from New Jersey Beer Co. Baonanas, Lizzmonade, and Milk Sugar Love will feed your sweet tooth, quench your thirst, and dazzle your taste buds.

Activities will include a mechanical bull, bouncy castle and face-painting. And there will also be fantastic craft and art vendors in Hamilton Park.

Dancing Tony Susco (who runs the blog Rock-it Docket) is coordinating live music all day.
