Arthur ‘Artie’ Williams
Arthur “Artie” Williams is a candidate for the Ward B City Council seat on Lou Manzo’s ticket. He is currently the supervisor of Division Programs and Services for the Board of Education.
Williams has worked in the school system for 20 years.
