Peter Brennan
Peter Brennan is currently an At-Large City Councilman. He was first elected to the City Council as the representative of Ward A in 2001. He also ran for freeholder in 2002, and was appointed to Jerramiah Healy’s At-Large seat in 2004 after Healy became mayor in that year’s special election. He was reelected to the At-Large seat in 2005 and is currently running for reelection on Mayor Healy’s ticket.
Brennan owns and operates a number of businesses in Jersey City: Brennan’s Pub, Pete’s Gulf Station, Pete’s Towing Service, and Soda City Warehouse and Distribution Center. He is also an executive of Brennan’s Transportation and Warehousing Company.
