Ron Manzo
Ron Manzo is the brother and political advisor of Lou Manzo.
On July 23, 2009, Manzo was charged by the FBI with conspiracy to commit extortion under color of official right. He allegedly, along with his brother, accepted $27,500 from a purported developer for Lou Manzo’s mayoral campaign to secure Manzo’s influence if elected mayor. Manzo is also accused of taking $5,000 from the purported developer to introduce him to Secaucus mayor Dennis Elwell. (You can read the criminal complaint against him here and here.)
