The Healy administration announced today that budget pressures have forced the city to cancel its annual Fourth of July fireworks display and concert at Liberty State Park. The city says it will reallocate money from that event to other concerts and cultural events during the months of July and August, including the Summerfest Concert Series, the Dance Series at the J. Owen Grundy Pier and the MLK Concerts at the HUB.
