Jersey City Cops Hit City Hall to Protest Layoff Plan

Approximately 75 police officers and their supporters formed a picket line outside City Hall last night in the frigid cold to voice their opposition to the Healy administration’s proposal to lay off 82 police officers and seven civilian employees in the Jersey City Police Department.
