Viola Richardson
Viola Richardson is currently the Councilwoman representing Ward F. She was first elected to the post in 2001, was reelected in 2005, and is running for reelection on Mayor Healy’s ticket.
Richardson is currently on leave from the Jersey City Police Department where she previously worked for 21 years.
